Unwanted Item Returns
If you change your mind on your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return it for a refund.
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please do place a new order for any alternative item you require. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order.
If you wish to return items please follow the simple steps below:
Download a UK returns label form here and remember to include a note with your name, e-mail and postal address – you may alternatively send your original delivery note we sent you with the goods.
Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code
- Picture of the fault
- Description of the fault
